I think she has that unique style but it’s more fun than bizarre. Lady Gaga is borderline creepy with her fashion but I’m glad Nicki Minaj is out to make a statement.

@lonelystrangergirl@xanga - She’s just more than performer, she’s involved with every single project and was involved in every step of her new album.  You should look up the biography VH1 did about her.  I HATE mainstream, but I saw T.I’s biography and Nicki Minaj’s and I have much respect for them both.  I highly encourage everyone to look them up.  It will make you think twice about judging people.

This is a non-issue. Irrelevant beyond belief. Minaj is simply one more cookie-cutter bubblegum starlet in the endless conveyor belt of crap force fed to the masses by the media.

I pay no mind to crap of this sort. Lady Gag, Ke$hit, Lil’ Wang, Black Eyed Piss = ALL CRAP, completely undeserving of the money and fame they make off of that derivative, piss-poor and unoriginal earsores they call songs.  On top of being annoying and ridiculous, sound-wise, they’re also eyesores. MIA has been dressing the way she does for years and she doesn’t wear stupid attention craving wigs, that’s how she is and she’s not trying to do it to impress anyone or for attention, she doesn’t try that hard because she’s true to herself, and I really respect that about her.

If you look back at Nicki’s outfits from before she was actually famous she was not like this. She didnt’ wear wigs, she didn’t wear all this crazy makeup and she didn’t dress anything like that, nothing like that, the funny thing is she actually used to wear a lot of black, and now she’s wearing all these colors out of nowhere. I actually used to love Nicki Minaj, alot. I really respected her, although i’ve always liked Lil Kim better i’ve never thought Nicki was copying Lil Kim, theres a lot of female rappers out there and Nicki was good and that got her where she is now.She really was good, if you listen to her raps from like 2 years ago or even older they sound good and they’re not that stupid robotic barbie shit, her raps don’t make sense at all anymore, it’s just stuttering and calling herself barbie all the damn time. I definitely think the fame changed her, you don’t have to agree with me that’s just my opinion, I don’t hate her or have anything against her i’m just saying I miss the old Nicki.. and yes I do think this outfit is attention craving, that doesn’t look good, you have to be blind to think that looks good.

@freshh_surveyss@xanga - I agree with everything you said. I feel the same way.. no one seems to know the “old” nicki before she got famous & how different she was back then. Today she’s a different person, and it’s a shame how she let other influences take over who she was. She lost sight of who she was, I can respect that nor be a fan of hers just for that reason alone.
