Months ago, fashion blogs were buzzing about orange lipstick as the must-have item to transition from summer into autumn, but outside of the runway, it was nowhere to be found. Now that winter’s taking a hold of the Northeast, we’re finding the look pop up everywhere!
As per usual, I’ve spent countless hours this past weekend logging onto fashion blogs and flipping through magazines only to find failed attempts of girls trying to emulate the runways on the street. While I’m not too keen on stacking five watches on one arm or hitting the local market in 7-inch platforms, I’ve finally taken a liking to the new winter must-have. I wavered for more than an hour, find orange lips look quirky yet presentable on a fair-skinned palette. If you’re going to sport the daring trend, try to play with texture, rather than color, with the rest of your outfit. This will really give your lips the spotlight!
What do you think, Lovelies? Are orange lips appropriate for winter?

no… i think coral was beautiful and i like to wear that color, but this is pushing it. i don’t think orange looks too elegant in a lot of cases on lips

i like colored lipsticks, tho u notice orenge is most often seen on old people…. it can look cheap, i like blue lipstic or lilac or purple

I think like a subtle, cinnamon/ bronze-y orange tinge looks good (not on me though) in the Summer… but this o.O
