Here at Lovelyish, we’re always looking for new ways to embrace the Xanga community and really get everybody involved. Since we love reading all the comments just as much as you do, we thought it would be a fun idea to take a little sneak peak into the lives of some of our favorite readers!

Wouldn’t you like to know a little bit more about the person behind the avatar that’s bringing us such great advice and opinions? We know we would! So what better way to cure those Monday blues than a little Q & A with TruthOfRain!

Lovelyish: What’s your real name, age (only if you feel up for sharing), and where are you from?
My name is Sheree. I am 20 years old and a junior at The Ohio State University.

L: What do you do when you are not cruising through Lovelyish, reading posts and offering up advice?
One of my biggest passions outside of the writing/reading field is horses. I have been riding since I was 8 years old and in love with them as soon as I could distinguish them between a cow or a really big dog. I compete on the Paint Circuit and I've shown on Quarter Horse and Appaloosa Circuit.

L: What motivated you to create an account with Lovelyish?
I don't actually have an account through Lovelyish since I've been on Xanga longer than I Lovelyish and all the other branches were created. The reason I read and submit to Lovelyish is because I enjoy reading other people’s opinions on clothing, styles, and different things like that. I really am not the type of person who always dresses in the latest trends or carries a coach purse, so it's interesting to see how important being "trendy" is to certain individuals.

L: If you could change one thing about Lovelyish what would it be? And why?
The one thing that I do not really like seeing is the constant bashing of celebrities. Many people create blogs saying "rate (insert name here)'s hair/dress/face without makeup/outfit" and there are some cruel people out on xanga. It really hurts me to see people attack others that they know nothing about except what is shown in tabloids.

L: How would you describe your personal style?
I'm attempting to become a more "classy" dresser. Although I have been purchasing nicer tops with over-things that I don't know the name for, I feel most comfortable in my jeans and t-shirts. I am most definitely a cowgirl at heart.

L: If you could only bring 3 items to a deserted island what would they be?
Number one thing I'd have to bring is a horse to ride around on. Without horses I would become a very depressed person. The second item would be my cellphone, which hopefully would have service and a never ending battery life. I love my friends and if I lost contact with them I am sure I wouldn't be as happy. Finally, I would also bring a big umbrella to hang out under when it got to hot. Let's be practical, I'm going to get tired of being in the sun all day.

L: What was your biggest fashion faux pas?
I cannot stand the latest trend of just wearing leggings. I think it's not classy and just a bit whorish. And, I might get a lot of criticism for this, but I hate Ugg boots. Ugg is just another word for ugly.

L: If your style (clothing, makeup, and hair!) had to be stuck in time, what decade would you choose?
Can I return to the 50's? I love how the women always wore those cute dresses and pearl necklaces. When I think of being married I am always dressed like this. I think it's adorable.

L: What was the most recent purchase you made?
I just found a really cute pair of jeans at Vanity on sale for 14.95 and also a dressy type t-shirt for $3.

L: What/Who is your guilty pop culture pleasure?
I'd have to say that anything Sandra Bullock wears is my not-so guilty pleasure pop culture icon. She is incredibly beautiful and anyone who denies that is crazy. But that is just my opinion.

Thanks Sheree (a.k.a. TruthOfRain) for indulging our curious minds! Happy Monday Lovelies!
