We’re hoping that you Lovelies are enjoying Lovelyish’s collaboration with Shape articles for workout advice and such, but would you enjoy reading what the boys from Jersey Shore has to say in the latest issue of GQ magazine?

They may never give up wearing those Ed Hardy clothes even when it comes to working out. But with all that airbrushing and mini hair makeovers (Pauly D!), we have to admit that these boys are looking quite sharp in October’s issue of GQ.

When asked about having personal trainers, Mike “The Situation” replied with, “Nah. Be confident in what you got.” He certainly is pretty confident about that, but then again, he sure doesn’t need a trainer.

When it comes to gym time, Vinny thinks people should be dedicated in their work out. He simply says, “I don’t like people that walk around talking the whole time. If you’re at the gym, you should be working out.” He may be onto something here…

Whoa. Is that Pauly D? Major hair makeover! Also, look at those pecs! But his pecs are actually not the most complimented part of Pauly D’s body. “It was my birthday weekend, and these girls put cake on my body and ate it off. One girl said, ‘You have the nicest chest I ever ate cake off.’ I got pictures to prove it. I’ll send ‘em to you.” Yummy?

Okay you may hate his relationship with Sammi, but Ronnie has some good gym input. When it comes to guys staring at themselves in the mirror while working out, Ronnie doesn’t think it’s cockiness. In fact, he says, “It’s not just that you want to stare at yourself. Its partly that. But you’re also watching to make sure you’re doing everything properly.”

What do you Lovelies think of the interview? Most importantly, what do you think of Pauly D’s “new” hair?
