Fringe is definitely making a comeback. It must have started with that hairy fringe outfit that Drew Barrymore wore about a week ago. Instead of clothing though, Denise Richards decided to step out in a fringe… bikini.

Though it’s still considered summer, it sure doesn’t feel like it with the 70degree weather in California! So, when I saw Denise Richards frolickig in her black fringe bikini, I was wondering more on whether or not she was cold rather than why she chose to wear that.

Apparently, these “posed” photos is to show that the “40 is the new 30″ as she tweeted that statement on her Twitter page.
