Louis Vuitton monograms are probably one of the most popular (and recognized) monograms out there to date. But the prints aren’t exclusively on luxury goods anymore. You see them as Iphone cases, cell phone cases, fake nails, tattoos, etc. And, now this person from Mexicali, Mexico has taken the LV monogram to a whole other level – by painting his/her house the famous print!
No word if the paint has chipped or if it’s still there since the post on the blog is dated back in 2009. But you have to admit, this house beats all the celebrity mansions you’ve seen in MTV’s Cribs.
Is this a cool idea? Would you Lovelies do this?

Aesthetically, I think it looks alright. Not my style, but the design is interesting enough to look nice without being too busy.
The fact that it’s a brand symbol cheapens it for me.

Er….. No. Sorry XD But I didn’t even think that monogrammed looked good when it was repeated five thousand and two times on a bag, so this makes me even more displeased. Simple and clean, please.
Maybe if it was used sparingly… Like one on the door, one on the windowpane etc etc, then I wouldn’t mind as much.
