Lindsay’s going to jail! A probation violation hearing yesterday, she was sentenced to 90 days in the slammer. But the even juicier story is what she wrote on her fingernail for the hearing: “F*** U” (Gawker proves it’s not a photoshopped pic). A secret message to the court? Classy, Lindsay.
Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. She reportedly burst into tears at the announcement
But according to TMZ, Lilo will probably be able to pull the Paris Hilton express route behind bars: “Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained … generally, a female inmate in Lindsay’s situation only serves 25% of their sentence … which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.”
Lindsay must surrender July 20.

I would make it a point to have her serve out ALL her sentence. It’s stupid that she’s gotten so many chances and screwed them all up. Also, if I were the judge, I would have been more harsh on her than 30 days per count. That’s just me though.

You can actually catch the videos on Perez’s site that show her receiving her sentence. Honestly, I feel bad that her trial is public for all to see, but perhaps it will help her clean her shit up.

How can anyone say they’re being too hard on her? The girl was caught with cocaine multiple times, violated her probation nearly everyday, lied to the judge every chance she was given.. Lindsay should go to jail for longer than 23 days, any other normal person would’ve been in jail by now.
