yeah, how come no Little Mermaid?

At first I read this as “Top 10 GROSSEST” and I was about to be like “WTF DO YOU THINK LADY AND THE TRAMP IS GROSS?!?!” then I learned how to read.

I agree! The Little Mermaid made alot of money, so did Beauty & the Beast. Snow White is no surprise. That movie was rereleased & made a ton each time.

i like finding nemo, pinocchio, 101 dalmatians, lion king, and jungle book, but my fave is mulan, and i LOVED beauty and the beast!

Little Mermaid had a lot of controversy surrounding it which didn’t help it’s sales much. I am not too suprised really. More than likely Toy Story got beat out by Shrek.

Hmm, I am kind of surprised that Toy Story is not on this list, seeing as how it was the first Pixar animated feature film. I remember everyone going crazy over that movie.

The Lion King is my favorite Disney movie ever. I am so disappointed Beauty and the Beast didn’t make it though. I really thought it would be up there. Totally the best Princess movie ever.

I didn’t really expect Snow White to be number one, but overall nothing on this list came as a surprise to me. Fantasia will always be my favorite.

snow white and the seven dwarfs was the very first animated, in full color, movie to be released, ever. and it was also released during the great depression if i remember correctly, so, thats why its #1

You’ve gotta keep in mind: Snow White was the first major Disney film ever. It’s been around quite a bit longer.

I was surprised to not see Toy Story. It was the first of Pixar and Disney collaborating, and it got a lot of hype at the time because the computer animation was supposedly “something new.”

I think one of my favorite animated movies is The Aristocats. And Mulan. And Anastasia. ahh. I love them all!

i’m actually really surprised the most recent disney/pixar stuff isn’t on there…like i would think something like wall-e would have made more than fantasia (maybe just personal bias, i hate fantasia!).

I think this for FRANCHISE (more then just movies) this counts as backpacks, and all those novelties therss no way bambi made that much! when it was release in 1942, it only made 3 MILLION dollars back then!!! so this is over time!
