Rompers, rompers, rompers – yes they may look like onsies for adults but you can’t deny the fact that they’re everywhere in the fashion industry (from lower end stores, like Forever 21, to high couture boutiques, like 3.1 Phillip Lim).

I liked the concept better than the bodysuit, but most of the rompers that can be purchased didn’t really appeal to me. They were unflattering, loose, and mostly solid coloured. However, when I saw the rompers over at BCBGMaxazria, the colours and patterns revived that spark I had for them!

Even if you don’t purchase them from BCBG, these pictures can help inspire you on how to wear your rompers for the upcoming spring season.

1. BCBGENERATION Strapless Skort Romper, $88.00

This is actually a skort romper! Like the “faux” appearance of a skirt?
Well, this romper did it very nicely with a gingham touch.

2. BCBGeneration Halter Romper, $88.00

Oh!!! Cute, cute, cute with the hot pink shoes. It adds a pop of colour. However, the romper by itself is just as nice.
It’s a halter romper as opposed as the regular tank one.

3. BCBGeneration Belted Racerback Romper, $98.00

This one includes a belt and it’s a racerback! Even though it’s a solid black, the racerback design adds a rebel touch.
The black colour gives an opportunity for you to add these rocking accessories.

4. BCBGeneration Zipper-Front Romper, $88.00

It’s not just a simple romper. There are side slouch/pleated pockets at the end with a zipper for that romper touch.
The flowers aren’t that empowering: just about right.

5. BCBGeneration Printed Racerback Romper, $98.00

This is my favorite out of the five. The zebra/black/white print adds a great touch and this one includes a belt too.
The contrasting black racerback straps complements the romper very well while also reviving that tired tank look!

What do you think of these rompers? Do you think they’re wearable?
