er…they aren’t very good rain boots if water can get in…and, heck no, i wouldn’t be caught dead in those things….

They look stupid and are not a logical choice when buying a rainboot.

Those are really ugly. And the second one would be useless as a rain boot. And they’re Versace, so they probably cost a ton of money. So much for practicality…

I actually think they’re kind of cute. And I feel like the obvious answer here is that, no- they aren’t trying to sell them as “rainboots”. Clearly, those do no suffice when someone is looking to keep water out. I think they were going for a heel with a new idea, and seeing how rainboots we’re popular last year, maybe they’re trying to put a spin on it? Of course it’s not practical- it’s Versace.

what’s the point of a rain boot if your feet get wet anyways?

This is the second time these boots have been posted.  I think they are cute, and are they really marketed as rain boots or just made out of the same material as rain boots.  Obviously they won’t keep your feet dry and the person that would buy them probably wouldn’t care.

Who the fuck would buy a rain boot that is not only OPEN TOED but HAS A HEEL.
Honestly. Fashionable should not be synonymous with impractical. I would shit on anyone who I saw wearing these so hardcore.

Isn’t the point of rainboots to tuck your pants into them so that they don’t get wet?

The black and white ones I could probably make work . . . I’ve seen uglier.

Mostly, I’m just stuck on why the hell these are considered “rain” boots. If they don’t cover your feet I don’t even consider them boots, and that includes this summers knee-high peep-toe styles . . . lame.

To be totally honest I would wear the f&@k out of these!
