The Washington Post has had a Peeps Show every year, and this year marked the fourth. I was utterly amazed at what they do. The Peeps Show is where thousands of artists create works of art using those little marshmallow peeps throughout the piece. Several of them this year are scenes from movies.

PEEP SIDE STORY! (above)

My favorite just happened to be the winner. When I saw it, my jaw dropped. It’s a recreation of the famous scene from UP where the widow, Carl, releases thousands of balloons to relocate his home.
When Michael Chirlin and Veronica Ettle of Arlington crafted it they renamed it cleverly “Eep”. It amazes me the talent and time someone must put into their work for something like this.

How cool is the Peeps art show, Lovelies?
