My first thought was something that will show off your legs–the low fronts to these boots gives off an extremely feminine vibe to me.

A really classy black dress. Try one that really shows off curves but has no sleeves and is a little high necked. Then some thick black tights and a couple bangles. If you have long hair, curl it and put it in a sloppy bun, with a few pieces framing your face. If you need a jacket try a plain black button up one. If you need an inside sweater try a nice light cartigan

Ah! What a great gift! I’ve had a pair for two years and they’re my go-to pair.

Honestly, you can wear them with almost everything. I tend to girly-up (ruffles, lace, swingy skirts)  whatever I happen to be wearing with them since they kind of fit in with the menswear trend. They tend to look awesome with skinny jeans, but make sure the hem covers the top of the shoe without wrinkling or bunching (it draws too much attention there otherwise)

I’ve also noticed that, if you wear them with a dress, they need to be paired with a good set of tights or stockings, since they look a little strange with bare legs.

Seriously, wear them with everything. Try leggings (optional legwarmers on top) and a knee-length dress with a cardigan. Try black skinny jeans, a scoop-neck top (or if you’re awesome and have one, a ruffle-front shirt) and a longer, tailored suit jacket. Try brightly colored tights and a short black dress. I think that charcoal and black will suit the air of these boots well as well.

wear black tights with a grey skirt and a long black sweater over a dressy grey blouse, or white will do as well… no collar shirts (unless you ditch the black sweater for a black vest and change the tights with black dress pants for an official look)

They are really nice black shoes, so I’ll try to use neutral colors with them for a serious look, but if you’re going out, then you can get colorful!

they would look good with or without tights and a skirt. 

they are a bit formal in connotation so I would not wear them with shorts. they would also look good with trousers, especially suit trousers/menswear trousers of various colors and patterns –black, pinstripe, grey, etc.

anything really, though me personally… I’d avoid the skinny jeans with those.  I’d go with a skirt, anything that shows off your legs because they’ll see the skirt or shorts or w/e then the legs and then go hey nice boots, unless they’re men of course, they’ll stop at the legs haha 

definitely tights, maybe some colored ones to help your legs pop? and pair it with a skirt or a pair of shorts.

shorts + a blazer would be very now. I would avoid anything capri length. A fitted skirt (or pencil skirt) would work great. Accessorize with a fun scarf to avoid working the grandma aspect of this shoe

i have the SAME exact pair from Payless. They’re Payless brand, boot styled with laces and they were only ten bucks when I purchased them! (about half a year ago). Anyway, I would pair it up with some coloured tights or leggings,

with a frilly dress,

or some nice shorts + leggings,

basically you’d want to wear something short or shorter than “pants” so that you can focus on those pretty shoes! They’re both feminine and masculine at the same time, adrogonyous as you can say : ). Have fun
