Its not necessarily weird, to me. However, I think its best kept as a novelty item and not to be confused with an item that you should wear if you are wanting to be fashionable. :p This is cute, for a novelty. But, if I saw someone wearing this item out on the street randomly, I would probably feel sorry for their poor fashion sense. :/
