I like the style, it’s comfortable and laid back. As long as you’re not “hipster” in the fashion where you have holes in everything and don’t bathe.

i’ve been considered a “hipster” but i’m just really crafty with everything, because, a. being broke kinda doesn’t help being that I cant buy really high priced fashion clothes  

i think its cool and the kids look cool also and its always a nice change to see kids with more than pink and blue with cartoon character or flowers but i think the kid has the right to choose, as long the kid likes to wear things like that its ok and make him even cooler, but mmm i think kids that age want bright colors.

come on jarvis kid is ok, nothing over the top, but the kids with the tight pants? o.O
thats just too comertial, but again, its the kids chooise at the end

all cute except the one with the glasses. idk, creeps me out.

i think, when you’re that little, you shouldn’t have to worry about fashion and what you wear. save that for later and give them their flowery shirts and overalls now.

The clothes are adorable for the kids. If I had a kid, I’d totally dress him/her like that but of course without the high prices. haha

Sigh…I enjoy dressing my baby boy like a baby — in the jumpers and sailor suits. I’m not in any hurry for him to grow up so I don’t want to dress him like he’s older either.

Overall though, I’m not a fan of the “hipster” style anyway.

The third picture is super cute. I think that girl looks good in the little tunic.

I think the baby converse are so cute, in moderation its fine, dressing your child as a mini version of you, not so cute, or heels on a toddler, no way. Dressing a child in hip clothes is cute, to a point, as long as it stays within a normal range of clothes for the age group.

I think it’s cute to an extent. My baby has worn his Converse and Vans more than silk booties, but I’m not going to shape his style when he’s old enough to know what he likes. He can choose the trends he wants to follow. I’m hoping it’s along the lines of that first kid. Or Julian from Big Daddy. I’m not a fan of trendy phrases, but that would be epic.

One friend of mine has a seven year old son is a total hipster.   It’s really sort of humorous, too, because his mom (my friend) is a total hippie and his dad is the biggest computer nerd you will ever meet.  

But it’s sooooo cuteeee! 

Idk kids are just cute. No matter what fashion trend their parents make them wear! Even the revolting brown sweater with orange puffballs (Dudley hand-me-down to Harry)! HAHAH! 

Man those kids look too cool and it’s thanks to the parents!!! I would def. let my kids rock some mini Nike dunks and then keep those booties as keepsake.

Cute, but I HATE those stupid glasses.

The main things you can buy in the store are hipsters. You have to go up a size if you want extra room in the body. Besides, those hipsters are not so low…not like was around here for a while.

” I was all ready to make fun of kids dressed like pint-sized hipsters” wow harsh much..i really hate how people make fun of other people for how they dress.. regardless of how ridiculous they may look…i mean this site has some good posts but then there are these kinds of posts that judge other based upon there looks and it is getting ridiculous….its a little kid i hope you feel good about yourself knowing you were going to make fun of them…HIGH FIVE!

Overall I think the style is really cute, especially on kids. But the father and son thing seems really narcissistic on the father’s part, like the only reason he had a kid was so make another version of himself. 

I thought the nerdy one was adorable .

Plus, on a more practical side, little girls with leggings under their dresses is perfect. They’re always moving their legs all over the places and it keeps things more modest.
But I do really like the style for little kids, it’s just cute. But I’m pretty much just going to dress my future children in whatever as long as it’s cute. Then they can decide for themselves when they/re older how they wanna dress. 

i wasn’t expecting something that bad, but they’re dressed too old for their age…i wouldn’t dress my baby/toddler like that.

I think it’s kinda cute how they’re dressed. maybe not on the metallic leggings, but i’m game for anything that doesn’t scream “I watch the disney channel all day and never go outside to play!” although that’s probably because i babysat two girls who were obsessed with the disney channel for a whole summer, and I never watched TV growing up… all they had in their closets wasw bright pink, sparkly disney apparel. O.o’

those children are already cooler than any of us will ever be.

I bought my son a pair of baby converse (a) because he needed shoes and (b) they were on sale. I definitely think it’s scary when parents force their personalities and beliefs on their children. I mean sure I would love it if my son grew up to have similar taste, but I’m not going to shove what I like down his throat, and I’m certainly not going to dress him like THAT.

The little boy in the third picture looks like he really wants to turn his hat back around.

Oh, and my mom let me dress myself from a pretty young age. I would wear tu-tu’s and shin guards to the mall, with one pigtail in, and one out. I turned out okay.

Let the kids choose for themselves! If they want to dress like that, then so be it.

I don’t care how they dress, it’s the ones I’ve come by that act like assholes. Like they’re the best thing in the fucking world. You’re sitting outside a coffee shop staring people down, do you miss high school or something?

If they weren’t hipster they’d be something else. Nothing we can do to stop parents with lots of money from over-dressing their kids.

I think it’s cute it’s a lot better then the stuff my mom dressed me up in when I was a kid.

I like the style. But most “hipsters” are obsessed with themselves. They spend like three hours trying to make themselves look like they just rolled out of bed, and then they post a thousand pictures of themselves online.

I guess I just have a natural aversion to trends. 

And I don’t think little kids should have to be so fashionable.

it’s just the parents wanting them to be he same way they are. looking cool and all. i have a friend, and i’m not joking about this either, her boyfriend has gauged ears and he’s actually gauging his kid’s ears. his little boy is only two years old! but why is he doing it? because he wants his boy to be like him. i think stuff like that crosses the line though.

but overall, i think they are cool. not scary. the only thing scary about them is that they will mature too soon.

i can’t wait until the ‘hipsters’ get over this trend so that i can go back to not fitting in. good grief, the hollister vally girls are into the whole thing now. it’s quite anoyying. even more so when they’re decked out in a cardi, skinny fit jeans, slip ons, a bunch of bracelets, and messy hair while listening to wheezy or lil wheeze or whatever his name is. and then they mock people who actually enjoy reading! they are as fake as their tans and paroxide hair.

but anyways. my kid is going to be cute as a button. sharp dressed and adorable at all times.

I tend to think baby clothes and kid clothes should be baby clothes and kid clothes styles. Not mini me versions. But exceptions to the rule: Dressing up like dad when he is winning a professional award.

Jarvis kid’s mom i believe, is a French  fashionista, working for the likes of Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and Chloe. I don’t think this kid follows Daddy’s sense of style — charity, second hand clothing chic. He is just born hip, like Suri Cruise. The kid is really Parisian than British. Look at those fringes, and cute little pout. Soon Jarvis will follow his kid’s style.
