Boyfriend blazers and jeans are nothing new for the fashionistas of the world. But the trend is still going strong. Your bf blazer can be layered with a hoodie underneath or paired with a mini dress. As for the bf jeans- wear them with sky high heels for a night out or rock your white tank and striped scarf for a chill day. Both pieces scream uber-versatility which is prob why we will see more of them for years to come. Here are a few for under $100, cuz being budget conscious all while looking hawt is really what matters, oh that and world hunger.

mmm they are okay i guess.

ALL THE BOYFRIEND CLOTHING – major crossed out!
Girls need boyfriends. Not their stuffs.
guest
mens clothing is always cheaper then females. i can buy many sets of clothing for 100 dollars. its like that with everything; even our boots are cheaper. dont that suck?
guest
Why is everything boyfriend ______ ? LOL… just wondering. Anyway, I’m not a big fan of blazers… cardigans are cool though.

wow, no thank you, sorry !

i like the skinny jean…but I woldnt really call it the boyfriend jean…..and as for the blazer………There may only be a few people that can pull it off but I deff wouldnt spend any kind of money to dress up like that..
guest
@kpxls1@xanga - haha I know right? I hate it when people and magazines do stuff like this, and I’m like… I make $8.60 an hour…. is there anything that doesn’t break $30? lmfao.
guest
@RoastedMarshmallow@xanga - mhmmm.

@kpxls1@xanga - ahaha I’m with you on that. How about people with a budget ? ;P
But I do love the Boyfriend Blazer idea. I especially love the one in the picture. I hate boyfriend jeans though. Not flattering at all ! I’m sure there are other fall must-haves that aren’t Boyfriend style related !

i dig really blazers with hoods, but l like jeans that fit tight. show of my figure and MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A WOMAN!
The only time i wear boyfriend jeans is when their on the floor and im too lazy to get my own pants.
guest
boyfriend jeans? I’ll just roll up my pants.
guest
i dont think boyfriend jeans are very flattering on the majority of girls. i think this might be a trend in ten years some people are going to regret buying into
guest
No.

I’ve never been into the boyfriend jean/blazer thing very much myself. The jeans I think are too too baggy for me. But I like the outfit in the top image, maybe more if the blazer wasn’t so tweed/old looking.
guest
I don’t really like the blazers. They just look a little tacky in my opinion and somewhat masculine. And I’d never buy jeans from Forever 21 for $30. The quality of their clothing isn’t always the best, and if I’m going to spend that amount on jeans, I’d rather go to a store like Abercrombie & Fitch or Express. Cliche, yeah, but they definitely last longer.

I prefer clothes that are tailored specifically for a woman’s body. Men’s clothes aren’t flattering on my figure.
The clothes pictured in this post look like they’re straight out of the 80s (which I hate).
guest
Uhh, no… I don’t wanna wear my boyfriend’s stuff
.

i’m alll for menswear-inspired, randomly, but only the types of menswear that flatter me. i have a blazer that I haven’t been able to get much wear out of, but I’m excited to use it once colder weather comes in.
on the other hand, I am not a fan of the boyfriend jeans. it does not flatter me at all.

I like them fitted.

I love cardigans and blazers but more fitted, I think the “boyfriend” trend looks kinda frumpy

even if we weren’t in a recession right now… $90 jeans? seriously? come on people.
sunflower / 362 posts
@stardustskye@xanga - lool. yeah..everything in magazines are always expensive. even when they’re supposedly ‘cheap’.
sunflower / 362 posts
@SamiiSaysHaii@xanga - hahaa, i think boyfriend jeans are okay. They’re comfortable xD.
i’m kinda tired of skinny jeans…they’re cute, but sometimes, i need something that’s loosee.
guest
no thanks.

What kinda shoes should you wear if you have short legs? lol, i just bought a pair of boyfriend jeans from AERO, and i loooove them. but i need school friendly shoes
daisy / 651 posts
@kpxls1@xanga - I get that feeling alllll the time ahaha skinny’s are sometimes just too restricting. And baggier jeans are just sooo comfy ^_^
daisy / 565 posts
umm. not a fan.
guest
@RoastedMarshmallow@xanga - AMEN!!!
guest
@kpxls1@xanga - You can find the blazer in black at Target for..I think $30.
guest
I don’t like it when the boyfriend jeans are rolled up though.

I’ve been wearing blazers for years and they all look better than the ones shown here. Not impressed =/

Boyfriend jeans aren’t very flattering…
magnolia / 1354 posts
I’d like them only if they were a bit more fitted. I’m tiny as it is, I don’t need to be swimming in my clothing. That and I doubt I would roll them up…not very attractive.
orchid / 221 posts
im not into the whole.. masculine feminine thing. bleh.
guest
Not a fan, sorry.
rose / 847 posts
No…
guest
if people really want to dress like this, then why don’t they just borrow their boyfriends’ clothes? IT’S FREE.
guest
wouldn’t buy any of that stuff.
guest
Yep, $30 and above is still expensive. If this was posted 2 weeks ago, you could have listed the $19 Weekend Jeans that Old Navy is selling (they’re the Boyfriend jeans with a different name). But they’ve raised the price to $34.50 now. Just thought I’d mention that.
Personally, I don’t like the look of the trendy jeans, the jackets would be okay if they were fitted.
magnolia / 1369 posts
uhm no.
they’re pretty damn exspensive.
they aren’t very attractive.
and just hell no.
guest
I HATE the boyfriend jean look.
guest
You can buy much cheaper and nice boyfriend blazer in the UK, in shops like Primark (around £18) and New Look (around £30) and Dorothy Perkins (£45ish)
And YES I LOVE BOYFRIEND BLAZERS!!!
guest
@KiLLxeViLm0nzTeRz@xanga - Because it wouldn’t fit properly on the waist for the jeans and the shoulders and sleeves of the blazer would droop too much!
sunflower / 323 posts
those 90$ boyfriend jeans are ridiculous . you can go buy a pair of jeans for like .. 10$ then cut them up …
guest
lol they’re okay. but i do like the blazer. but i’m sure i can find it somewhere cheaper and better looking
guest
i dont really like bf blazers or jeans. but i do like bf shirts. they look so sexy on girls especially when you pair them with leggings or shorts.
Like this one on Keira. Or maybe this.
guest
blazer-yay
bf jeans- nay. :/
i have yet to find any that look good on me at least.

I dont really like the boyfriend style stuff, but whatever. It looks nice on other people
guest
I like boyfriend cardigans, & men’s shirts as minidresses. Hate the boyfriend jean, & blazers are okay when fitted
guest
I got a blazer the other day and it’s black. And omg! I never knew how awesome a blazer was until I tried it out with my other clothes! Thanks for the tip though

in short:
“Get them in your Boyfriend’s closet!”
