After reading many articles about SWEAT and how to prevent from getting SWEAT-y, I’ve come to a conclusion that it’s good to sweat.

Because I’m a wooly mammoth, I sweat a lot. ESPECIALLY my NOSE!

I’ve tried almost every deodorant out there .. (even on my face) and no matter how much they claim to have the “secret”, my sweat sweats through the layer of deodorant. Lucky for me, I’m not stinky.

So how have I been surviving NYC humid summer?

Instead of duping on deodorant and clogging my pores, I’ve been carrying around moist towelettes like :

 

I find it refreshing in the middle of the day.

If I’m wearing a sleeved shirt I’m sure I’ll leave sweat marks on, I’ll put a little layer of deodorant on and blot with tissue for touch ups.

Plus, by sweating, I’m allowing my body to cool itself down and possibly lose a micro-ounce of fat :)
