The dress doesn’t suit her; she looks like she should be wearing a black mini, but I like it.

Personally, I would remove the loose branches, though. They’re tacky–the colors alone imply forest.

Lose the branches and it’ll look respectably decent. The top half looks nice, but it looks like a bunch of old banana peels as it gets farther down. But it definitely is more an art piece than fashion, and to the artistic respect, it does open eyes and draw attention.

If it was like, a fantasy artwork, or a costume, it would be awesome for that.  As a red carpet dress, it’s kind of awful though.  I have to say, I love the dress though, but not as something a person should wear.  And I highly dislike Holly.  Her Barbie stigma definitely cannot work some crazy fantasy theme, even worse so than most other celebrities.
So, long and short, if the dress was a costume, a 9.  But for this, like a 3.

The dress is actually pretty awesome (aside from the loose “branches”), but it doesn’t look right on her or in place at the event.  Someone with darker hair and smaller boobs could pull it off better.
