I feel they can be worn any time of the year!

I add a scarf whenever my top is a solid, boring color. I love your outfit soo much! 

everyone else can do this except for me. I cannot figure out how to make the scarf lie well. It’s really ridiculous; I’m usually pretty adept with the whole dressing oneself thing.

@scruffylizard@xanga - trust me, I struggle too. I was hoping this post would show you some techniques for putting them with your outfit so they don’t look silly, or have all the tassles sticking out. I guess the best thing is just experiment wearing them a few ways, and see what looks best!

Scarfs are awesome

I think I am probably the only one here that is tired of the look.  It don’t mind it as long as the material is season appropriate.  Nothing says fashion victim more than seeing some girl wearing a wool/cashmere scarf when the heat index is 105 degrees.  The scarf with this outfit is cute, I would have tied it differently though.

a good two days out of the week a scarf is whipped around my neck, not gonna lie.

Cute outfit, and I agree.  Scarves can make great accessories.  I was just at Aerie (that American Eagle underwear place, lol), and they had their scarves on sale for $6 (normally $19!), and I found this bright blue one with white stripes going across, and it goes great with my college’s colors and basically everything else I own!  Such a cute way to change things up!

Scarves are great. I only have one for the summer, but I love it.

I adore scarves! I just bought 4 the other day and have already worn one. I’m excited to put together new outfits and add a scarf to them

I love scarves in the winter.  but im also a guy.  i love gray scale scarves.  i dont know what it is about the bright colors that girls love.  i like things that are one or two colors.
