hahaha i actually saw this idea on america’s next inventor [ yeah i had to watch it for my entrepreneurship class ] + i def wouldn’t buy them but to each their own i suppose …

that is honestly the funniest product by far that someone has created. i know that “farting” isn’t the greatest thing in the world but it helps regulate your digestive system and helps keep yourself from bloating. it is embarassing but everyone farts (and if it happens, just blame it on the person next to you…like anyone would know that a sweet innocent girl would even let one out)  then you wouldn’t have to waste money on these products every week seeing as you would be worrying that one day you might do it in public. i would not purchase these seeing as they are a waste of money. what happens if someone has to fart and they are on their period? they have to wear both the pad and the gas protector? how would that even work? that would be very uncomfortable. i don’t know…maybe i’m just too critical and over analyze things too much. i just think this product is a total waste of money.

O.o what’s wrong with farting? We tend to fart because that’s what our body does and it’s perfectly normal…although it IS kind of offensive to other people…but to ME I consider it funny and totally natural! =) but of course, these pads are perfect for the people who feel embarrassed about farting. And I honestly must say that I find it stupid, because although it may neutrolize the smell, what about the noise? The noise is what is MOST notticeable and MOST funny XDD /embarrasing.

When I feel like I have the need to fart, I (discreetly) retreat to a near bathroom or just step aside and just let it out. Even if it makes noise, XDD I try to not laugh at myself!!^^ but I guess for other people…it could be a good idea to use the pads.

Funny product.  That’s what Febreze is for.  Cheaper, will not attach to your butt, will not feel awkward.  A simple “Excuse me” works too.  Everyone farts.

my farts are usually silent, so i dont need a silencer…but i would totally try this product.  honestly, this is one of the brightest inventions ive seen in a while besides the shoe vending machine

@sunshinesasha@xanga - Not too critical or over analyzing! As a matter of fact, I think you should be critical and over analyze these things. You’re totally right! I was thinking about the period thing too xD It’s a funny product, but in the end it’s just a waste of money.

Being pregnant and finding out that a side effect is being super bloated and “farty” Yeah, I’d try it especially at a formal occasion like a wedding which I am terrified of going to mainly because of this reason. There have also been awkward situations at work… :-/
