Katy Perry. I saw it on Misha Barton (I think it was her in the magazin), and she was really pretty with it !

It doesn’t fit Nicky Hilton well …

I don’t like this dress much. It doesn’t fit the female body very well. It resembles a vertically stretched-t-shirt more than anything.

I’m so distracted by the ugliness of that dress that I can’t decide.  They both look terrible in it because the dress looks terrible.

Nicky Hilton, but it’s not really that cute.

I think Hilton wears it better.  But I don’t like it.  And don’t like Hilton’s hair there either.

Going to have to say Katy Perry. Only because of the way she is wearing it. Nicole is turned to the side, with her head down and a weak smile. She seems like she isn’t really sure about either herself or her outfit. Katy is facing forward, with a sassy pose, wide smile with her head tilted up. She is showing that whether you like it or not, she is hot stuff =D

even though i can’t stand hilton and kind of like perry’s style…i’ll actually say hilton. i think katy perry’s hair just clashes with it.

I liked the purse that Katy paired with it, but other than that, I think they’re about the same. UGLY.

def nicky hilton. the tights that katy perry is wearing makes the dress cling to her legs.

I like Katy Perry’s outfit better, but I wouldn’t say either of them wore it very well…It’s just too wispy of a dress for either of their figures, and I think there’s some extra fabric around the armpit area that makes them look like they could drown in the dress.  Darn =/.

Neither. Katy’s accessories compete with the detailing on the dress too much, and Nicky fades in the background – all her accessories match the dress, it’s so boring! It would look better on someone without the tights, but bold accessories like Katy’s.

I would say Katy, but sorry she failed with those tights.

it’s a pretty bad dress, but I definitely think that Katy Perry rocks it better. Hilton’s body looks a little overwhelmed, washed out, and a little slouchy. I think that if she looked more confident in it, and she wore make up and accessories that correspond to the dress (or just wore a different dress considering this one’s completely unflattering) than it would look better.

first off, its ugly all together but if I had to choose I would say Nicky sadly.

nicky- katy’s tights totally screw up the look for me, it doesn’t balance with the longer sleeves on the dress. plus the hair and make-up is too harsh for a bright piece like that.
