As a guy I say the dress is about 6.  The top section could have been better.  I like the blue on the bottom.

i love the gorgeous royal blue hue of the dress, but it’s very plain. I feel like a lot of dresses worn to these special events aren’t all that eye catching.

I’d give it an 8.  That many points because the color is gorgeous, and I do love a black and blue theme.  Also because she’s tall (lucky) and looks very elegant in it.  I know I’m not supposed to rate her in the dress, but…oh well.

I subtracted a few points because I’m just not sure if I like that many sequins on the bodice.  All of the shiny things go all the way down to the waist, and I feel like if it’s going to be a universally flattering dress, it could stand to be somewhat empire-waisted.

Still, very pretty =].

OKay people, for a designer dress, this gets a 10. I mean, when we see stuff on the runway, we think it looks great. Would you wear half of it in public? No, you’d look ridiculous. So, the dress in itself is a ten, due to creativity and that STUNNING royal blue.

The dress ON her at that event…ehh, I’d give it a 7.

6 on her; I think she looks gorgeous [aside from the fact that she looks so unhappy]. 3 for anyone else – I don’t think many people could pull this off.

The dress itself is a 3. That body is a 9.5.

When you’ve got a hot body like that, you can pretty much wear anything you want.
