Have you tried searching through stylefeeder.com? I always use them when I’m searching for something in particular. They’ll give you a list of related items, prices, and pics and where you can purchase them on the net.

i’m sure you can find it just about anywhere, macy’s, h & m, delia’s or even charlotte russe and forever 21.
I’d say department stores like Macy’s but if you want a cheap deal, try wetseal. Hey, it rhymed!

I don’t know what you mean by t-shirt dress..but if you’re looking for one VERY SIMILAR to that, I JUST saw one yesterday at H&M, but with thinner straps I believe. WhiteHouseBlackMarker is AMAZING, yes, but expensive

I have gotten one from WalMart (believe it or not) and I love it! Umm … I’m not sure about t-shirt dresses, but Old Navy usually has some really cute dresses.

Can of black spray paint works good on any color. I have a can of white spray paint. Get more milage out of my underwear between washes that way.
