Yes. Even though I have medium skin, I wear it. The sun’s ray don’t discriminate.
My favorite brand is Neotrogena’s Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch SPF 70. It’s especially good since I can put it on in the mornings and then babysit all day and play out side with the kids without having to reapply.
I wear it because its all year sunny in Malaysia. I can’t find an ideal sunblock yet. Most of the sunblock that I’ve used makes me feel sticky and oily when I used them. I’m looking forward on sunblocks that stay matte, non-sticky and non-oily.
For my face, I just use my daily BB cream. Good enough to protect my skin.

yep. i wear it all year. fully protected. cant really seem to find the perfect one! i might try the lancome one. i always wear above 50 spf
I usually don’t. Which is probably horrendously bad. I mean, right now, I try and tan in the early spring. And then once I’m sufficiently tan, I’ll probably end up getting some so I don’t burn. Otherwise, I don’t tan whatsoever if I wear sunscreen.
not under 50 block, and I tend to be sun allergic… I also try to protect myself from cancer and don’t love to be taned. I have a dermophile one at the time but want to buy a Logona one (because bio and non tested on animals but hard to find here -_-). I also have a nice sunshade ^^
I have that goopy mess so I only put it on when I’m going out to play sports. But I love summer so I should really invest in a good, clean, light sunblock lotion. Any suggestions?

I don’t wear sunblock on a regular basis even though I’m very fair-skinned & burn easily. The only time I ever really wear it is when I know I’m going to be outside for awhile, like at the zoo or lake or something.

Of course I wear sunblock… I mean, you don’t think I actually want cancer do you? Contrary to some belief, dark skinned people actually do tan and burn. It hurts just the same. I tan very easily though which I haaaaaaaaate! Case in point, 10-15min. waiting in an unprotected turn lane in the sun will make me noticeably darker. So yeah, I try to avoid the sun at all costs
I don’t wear sunscreen as much as I should. When I do, I use Neutrogena Ultra Sheer® Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55, 70 & 85. I’ve been using the SPF 70 and only just found out it comes in SPF 85. It’s oil-free and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky, which means any makeup I apply doesn’t get all caked up or make me feel like I’m wearing a heavy mask. And the fact that it’s sweatproof is a real bonus- I’m disgustingly sweaty pretty much all year long. I just have to remember to take it all off at night (I leave my facial cleanser on my face for two minutes, like a quick mask) or it clogs my pores.

i like Coppertone sport sunblock when i’m doing strenuous activities like running, biking, etc because it’s a light weight formula (reminds me of whipped cream) and doesn’t make me feel like i’m caked with sunblock after applying (plus, it doesn’t make me feel icky).
Other than that, i use Aveeno Positively radiient daily moisturizer (SPF30) as a daily sunblock.

@voguefemme@xanga - yea not to mention it’s been sick hot as of the late in KL.
My arms are one shade of brown, while my legs are another shade and my tummy and chest are even lighter.
I have begun top fear sun spots, so yes, I’ve been wearing sunscreen more religiously now. My mum has sun spots, and freckles, so I probably could get them, maybe not as much, as I am a lil browner than her.
I used to wear sunscreen religiously when I lived in Australia, but kinda slacked off when I got home.

Having some sun is good for moderation, just not too much. Even if you tan without burning, every human creature needs to use sunblock for the sake of health.

I used to use Neutrogena’s face sunscreen, but it makes my skin really oily after a few hours, even if I’m indoors.
